Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance:

<li>The system provides a straightforward interface for reviewing incoming tickets and managing work orders within the team.</li>
<li>Users can create work orders on-site, including attaching photos, providing detailed descriptions, and marking locations on 2D and 3D drawings—even when offline.</li>

Assets and Technical Equipment:

<li>Allows quick searching for assets and related documentation (such as PDFs) within a building or directly on 2D/3D models or BIM environments.</li>
<li>Assets can be added instantly with photos and product data captured on the spot.</li>

2D/3D Drawings, BIM, and Space Management:

<li>Provides seamless access to all floor plans and BIM models in the field through the DaluxFM application.</li>
